The competition "Win 2 places for the concert of Stray Kids of July 30, 2019 in Paris" is a contest that runs from 5th July to 20th July 2019 and is organized by Ninedots sprl , under the name of iPurple, located Arboretumlaan 46 at 3080 Tervuren, registered at the crossroads bank for entreprises under the number BE.0890.214.431 (e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org), hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”.
Terms of participation
Access to the contest is limited to one participation per person.
At all times, participants must be able to provide proof of their identity and age so that the organizer is able to control and punish possible abuses.
Course of the competition
The competition is run using KingSumo giveaway app.
To enter the game, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You can earn an Additional Entry when you send the page to a friend by following the Additional Entry instructions on the screen (“Additional Entry”). The friend must enter the game through your referral in order to get an additional entry. Additional Entry (Bonus entry) can also be earned when you follow the actions proposed (social media actions and website visit). All entries must be received by 20th of July 2019 (“Entry Period”).
To qualify, the participant must also register on (the precise url will be communicated in due time) and answer the questions via a form. Only one form per participant. If multiple forms are posted, only the first response will be validated.
The game will be available until July 20 at 23:45 (UTC+1).
The selection of the winner
The participants in the competition will be ranked based on the Entries and the answer to the subsidiary answer. Participants who are closest to the subsidiary answer will be ranked above.
In the event of a tie between participants, the first-place winner who answered first will be designated the sole winner. This verification can be done via the timestamp field of the contest database.
The winner's confirmation
The winner will be informed by e-mail. If the winner does not reply to the e-mail within 24 hours, the person will be disqualified, and the prize will return to the 2nd of the list. The confirmation procedure will continue until the winner's final confirmation.
The final winner will receive the concert tickets by e-mail.
Only this way of proceeding will be considered valid for participation in the contest and the awarding of prizes. No answer, even correct, sent later by post or any other means of communication will be taken into account in awarding the prize.
Since the determination of the winner is exclusively based on a computer process, the participants are aware and accept that the organizer cannot be held liable for failure of networks, losses, delays or technical failure caused by the internet or technical service providers involved in the transmission and hosting of data and the hosting of the website.
The prize offered as part of the contest
The prize to win is: 2 tickets for Stray Kids - Unveil Tour in Paris on Tuesday 30th July 2019 at 7pm. Category 1. Price amount: 242,00 €.
If the participation would exceed 10,000 participants, iPurple will double the number of seats (in similar category and side-by-side).
The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize offered in whole or in part, by another of at least equal value in the event of external difficulty for a reason that is not attributable to the organizer. The prize offered may not be grounds, on the part of the winner, for any dispute of any kind, nor for any awarding of their monetary value in cash, nor for their exchange or replacement for any reason whatsoever.
Designation of the winner
The winner will be notified at the e-mail address he has communicated, the terms for receiving the prize which he must comply to benefit.
If during the organization of the competition or later, the contact details indicated by the participant are changed, it is up to the participant to notify the organizer without delay, exclusively to the following email address: email@example.com.
Publication of winners' contact information and assignment of image rights
Therefore, the winner of the contest allows the organizer to use, reuse, publish, edit, copy, reproduce, adapt, modify the photograph by all technical processes. This photograph can also be reproduced or used with other visual material.
This permission is given for all media, and generally for all modes of dissemination including websites and social networks.
This assignment of rights is granted, ex gratia, without monetary consideration.
Responsibility of the organizer
The organizer can in no way be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, material or moral if the competition is cancelled, unavailable provisionally or permanently, does not take place as in the announced rules or, in general, if participation in the competition proves to be temporarily or permanently impossible.
Amendments to this regulation may be published during the competition. The participant is therefore invited to regularly consult the web page hosting this competition regulation. Any changes shall be considered an integral part of this Regulation, as well as all texts with reference to this contest edited by the organizer.

Any claims will be taken into account only if they are formulated in writing at this address within 8 days after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Regulation is subject to Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, execution or breach of this Regulation, the parties agree to have recourse to mediation prior to any other method of conflict resolution.
The parties therefore appoint a mediator approved by the Federal Mediation Commission (Bd Simon Bolivar, 30 (WTC III) at 1000 Brussels - https://www.cfm-fbc.be) by mutual agreement or entrust the appointment to a third person.
Once the mediator has been appointed, the parties define, with the assistance of the mediator, the modalities for organizing the mediation and the duration of the process.
Either party may terminate the mediation at any time without prejudice.
In case of failure of the mediation, only the courts of the legal district of Brussels are competent.
